Single-level living, NO HOA, and the Big Deschutes right across the road. This authentic 1967 Pan-Abode cedar log cabin sits on a private 0.75 acre with boat dock access across the street. Some mornings you kayak before coffee. Some evenings the Jotul wood stove is burning and you never make it outside. This time of year, the trees open up to peek-a-boo river views from your front deck. The front of the cabin offers an open kitchen, living and dining area, a private bedroom, full bath, and a den for bunks or an office, all with hardwood and Marmoleum floors. The den has heat and a closet but is non-conforming. Continue down the hall to the heart of the home: a spacious primary suite with wood stove, full bath, walk-in closet, private cedar deck, and room for a sitting area. Off the suite, a heated sun/sleeping porch for stargazing and a guest space with separate entry give you extra room when friends visit. Everything is on one level. The virtual photos show alternate configurations for the rooms. Renovated 2018 to 2021 by a licensed contractor: full tear-off roof with gutters, rain chains and skylights, Anderson Fibrex windows, PEX plumbing, propane tankless water heater, whole-house water filtration, rebuilt crawl space, and remodeled bathrooms. Outside, enjoy decks around the home, a fire pit patio, 2-car garage, large and small barn-style sheds, covered boat storage, and an RV hookup for guests. Partially fenced, with room to breathe, build out, and make it your own. Washer, dryer, refrigerator, and snow blower included. A move-in ready cabin for full-time living, weekends away, or retirement. Ski Mt. Bachelor in the morning, float the Deschutes in the afternoon, and reach Sunriver Village in five minutes.
